Adam Jared Hipshire of Guthrie, left this world on January 21st, 2021, from complications of Type 1 Diabetes. He was born July 23rd, 1982 in Monroe, Michigan, to Benny and Nancy Hipshire.
Adam was a natural jokester and an animal lover. He loved playing video games, helping people, rapping and bumping his music and above all loved being a Dad.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Paul and Margaret Hipshire, maternal grandparents, Wilburn and Betty Privett, uncles, Paul Hipshire Jr, James Hipshire and David Privett, aunts, Sharon Nagarajan and Mary LeGrand, and his cousins, Beverly Hasselback, Lolly White and Buddy White.
He is survived by his parents, Benny and Nancy Hipshire of Guthrie, daughters; Tierney and Adalynn Hipshire, sisters; Meredith (Mark) Kimani of Guthrie, Nancy Hipshire, Jr. of Midwest City, Carmen Hipshire of Oklahoma City, nephews; Alfredo (Tiffany) Tapia, Eric Kimani and Ezera Wright, nieces; Isabella (Josh) Ramirez, Alyssa Kimani, Avari Wright and Ashura Rasheed and his fur babies Bandito, Nixon, Tech9 and Milky. He leaves behind numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
Visitation will be at Community Funeral Home, 1624 North Pine, Guthrie, Monday, January 25th and Tuesday, January 26th, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Due to covid restrictions they will rotate visitors in and out and you must wear a mask. Services will be Wednesday, January 27th and will be private due to restrictions but will be live streamed. Burial will be at Memory Gardens in Guthrie.
Adam will be missed more than can be explained. He was our parents only son and our baby brother, we are heartbroken. A very special thank you, to our sisters Nancy Hipshire, Jr. and Carmen Hipshire for being with him when he needed it the most. Our family will forever be grateful to them.
