Brenda Lee was born March 31, 1962, the 5th child of Ray Lee and Arlene Hattenhauer. Brenda attended elementary school in Luther, Oklahoma where the family moved in 1970. She discovered her talent of painting with her favorite teacher, Mrs. Zelda Christy. Brenda went on to graduate from Deercreek High School in 1981.
Brenda Lee also loved to sew. She made beautiful dresses for her great nieces and costumes for Halloween. While residing in Las Vegas she had a successful business making-one-of-a-kind dresses and lingerie.
One of her favorite things to do was fish. She enjoyed camping and just being one with nature. She really didn't like the hustle and bustle of this ole world. She was happiest cooking on the open flame on the water banks.
When Momma had her stroke Brenda came home and took great care of her until Momma was called home. Brenda spent her last days on the banks of Eufaula Lake.
She was preceded in death by Mom and Dad and brother's Dewey and Jackie. She leaves to cherish her memory close friend and caregiver, Leo Mann, her two sons, Lucas and Jacob. Her nieces and nephews, her sisters, Charlene, Violet, Susan and brother, Arlen.
On August 3rd, she met Momma at gates of Heaven and I know what they're doing right now, "FISHING and REJOICING"!
Brenda Lee will be missed by her loved ones and a host of friends ❤
