Donna Romayne (McLaughlin) Taylor

Donna Romayne (McLaughlin) Taylor, beloved wife, mother, grandma, sister and friend, gained her heavenly wings and went to be with her husband and heavenly Father on June 24, 2023.  She was 91 years old.

Donna was born in Dallas, Texas on November 2, 1931, to Quiller Carl McLaughlin and Gladys (Kern) McLaughlin.  She grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from Classen High School in 1949.  She married the love of her life, Everett, in December of 1969.  Donna's Christian faith was an essential part of her life.  She spent a great deal of time being a prayer warrior and mentor for many people.  To know her was to love her!

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Verdell Taylor, Brothers, Carl Cletus and Frank Garland McLaughlin, sister, Doris McLaughlin as well as her parents.

She is survived by her son, Scott Taylor (Beth Taylor) of Guthrie, daughter, Beverly Wark (Bruce Wark) of Yukon, Cheryl Wilson of Yukon and son, Phillip Tucker, grandchildren; Ryan, Lauren, Jenn, Jess, Christy, Greg, Michelle, Tiffany and Tori, great-grandchildren; Deja, Jaden, Brandon, Jordan, Haley and Zach, great-great-grandchildren; Jade, Rylan, Payton, Jaylaan, Laydaan and Colton.

A celebration of life service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 15th, at Community Church Community Center, 512 E.Seward Rd., Guthrie, Oklahoma 73044.
