Obituary

Frances (Galbraith) Chandler was born in Guthrie, Oklahoma to Clifford and Mary (Smith) Galbraith on February 21, 1945.  She passed from this life on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at the age of 78 years, 3 months.  Frances was raised in Guthrie and attended Guthrie schools.  Frances worked for Walmart for over 35 years, retiring as a department manager.  In her spare time, she loved gardening and thrift shops. 

 She is preceded in death by her parents, several brothers and sisters, and her son Reginald Galbraith. 

Frances leaves behind:

Her husband, Joseph Chandler of the home,

Her children:

Neil Galbraith and wife Denise of Guthrie, Michael Galbraith of Guthrie, Jan’e Galbraith and husband Benji of Oklahoma City, Teresa Pierce and husband Parish of Guthrie, Nakia Gonzalez and Althea of Atlanta, Georgia, and Marcus Chandler and wife Seneddre of Stillwater, her favorite nephew Tawny Galbraith and wife Kathy; brothers: Raymond Galbraith and wife Pam, John Galbraith, sister Clara Mae, and best friend Lois Traylor. 

Also 15 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren other relatives and friends.
