Margaret Louise Boyles passed away in Stillwater, June 18, 2023. She was born February 28,1940, in Charleston, West Virginia to Mr. Shirley Gay Blosser and wife, Delphia Eva Blosser.
She grew up in Spencer, West Virginia and in October of 1963 she married Arthur John Boyles. They raised their daughter, Melanie all over the United States. The family lived in several places for Arthur’s work including Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Texas.
Margaret was a TRAVELING registered nurse that focused primarily on infection control and state compliance. She was a kind, talented, and discerning woman who was always sure of her mind.
According to her grandchildren, Margaret was THE BEST grandmother ever! She spent a lot of time with them. She was always baking cookies or something wonderful and from her they learned how to play gin rummy and several other card and board games. She loved to travel with her grandkids and was a tourist at heart. She especially enjoyed visiting historical sites and taking pictures of things she’d never seen.
Margaret was previously an active member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Guthrie and sang with the choir.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur, her brother, Elmer and sister, Maysil
She is survived by her daughter, Melani and her husband, Jeff Fletcher, her grandchildren; Kyle Koricanek, Megan Wade, Brandon Wade, Meghan Gonzales, Emilie Fisher and 12 great-grandchildren.
Margaret was a lovely, kind woman. She will be forever missed.
